Meet Alena, Registered Nurse and Postpartum Doula compassionate and dedicated to supporting families during the transformative postpartum period. With her experience in Maternal Child Health, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, she understands the importance of creating a nurturing and empowering environment for new parents. Alena’s background is in labor & delivery, postpartum support, and newborn care. She started practicing Maternal Child Health as a midwife in the Czech Republic in 2003 and continued working as a labor&delivery and postpartum nurse. After the birth of her two girls, she realized how important continuing education and postpartum support is during the early postpartum stage. Her gentle demeanor, nonjudgmental attitude, and unwavering commitment to her clients make her a trusted ally during this special time.
Mom coach mission driven by a passion is to guide and help new parents navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood, to provide invaluable support tailored to each family's unique needs. Whether it's assisting with newborn care, offering breastfeeding guidance, or providing emotional reassurance, I am there every step of the way.
