These visits are an opportunity to establish a supportive relationship with the parents and address any questions or concerns they may have led up to the birth.

· Customized one hour session (in person or virtual)

· Create a birth plan

· Discuss the birth preferences

· Provide education on labor & delivery, comfort measures, relaxation techniques

· Offer emotional & informational support

· Address any questions or concerns they may have led up to the birth

· Referral for services
